Moving Beyond Fear…

yoga-pose11…Creating Balance

by contributing Feel Good Yoga Guru, Helen Duggan

“A teacher of fear can’t bring peace on earth. We have been trying to do it that way for thousands of years. I’ve been wanting to incorporate more yoga wisdom, on and off the mat, here at Feel Good Guru and have finally got some help to do so. Totum Life Science Toronto

Love love love this gym with its “whole health” approach to fitness. This is not one of those overcrowded chain fitness clubs with broken equipment and washrooms you wouldn’t dare go barefoot in. The naturally-lit open-concept wood-floored studio has been featured in architectural magazines, and is equipped with state-of-the-art machines. The trainers at Totum are world-class, worth every dime you pay them to make you sweat. (more…)
