Wow, one week to go and I’m feeling fantastic. I’ve lost some weight around the waist and belly so my clothes are fitting better. I’ve got way more energy, and to challenge myself I hiked up a mountain yesterday with only my breakfast shake and a bit of home made granola in my system. We’re on Day 11! More than halfway done, and we are all feeling so wonderful. I haven’t had a single moment where I’ve felt the need to “cheat” (although I hate that word, it’s just about making choices). Planning for meals is SO vital.
