About Feel Good Guru

I am Feel Good Guru and so can you! I’ve been on the planet 4 decades and here’s what I’ve learned so far:
~ the greatest journey is the journey within;
~ the most nourishing food is food prepared with love;
~ the best exercise for the abs is laughter;
~ the highest accomplishment is to be someone’s friend in the worst of times;
~ the most magnificent sunsets are in the Yukon at midnight in summer.
Moira lives in the fabulous city of Toronto and wakes up every day with the mission to inspire, to empower and to nourish everyone who enters her world.
She’s a glass-half-full kinda girl who loves plant-powered food and motorcycle-powered adventures, cares more for fitness than fashion, loves a good thunderstorm as long as she’s not riding in it, and is naive enough to think she can change the world.
Moira is not anti-social; she’s pro-solitude. She is not afraid of breaking down on the Alaska Highway; but she is afraid of spiders and rednecks.
She makes a mean campfire and

Slow down. Look for truth and beauty in the simple things. Be grateful. Find something to believe in. Promote peace, starting in your own heart. Be fierce and fearless and sweet all at once. Say what you think and do what you say. Never say no to fun. Talk to strangers. Eat vegetables. Exercise your body. Embrace change. Spread your gifts far and wide. Nurture your spirit. Learn something new every day. Step outside your comfort zone. Abandon to play. Stand up for the underdog. Live in the moment. Laugh long loud and often. Go skinnydipping. Spend time with children, elders and animals. Commit random acts of mirth and merriment. Learn how to say “thank you” and “I’m sorry”. Stay open to bliss. Immerse yourself in culture. Take care of the environment, starting in your own home. Love unconditionally . Question everything. Be your own Feel Good Guru. And in everything you do, keep on groovin’ with the woo woo.
